Ran two judicial recovery proceedings as Legal Director, covering roughly US$14 billion in restructured debt, and represented companies in domestic and international arbitrations. Structured M&A deals, farm-ins and joint ventures across three countries, and led the legal side of an IPO plus debenture and bond issuances. Law degree from UFRJ, MBA in Corporate Law from FGV, LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper, with further studies in Oil & Gas (RMMLF) and in Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy (IBDE).
